ND Villa

ND Villa is the Dubai home of our founder, Nada Debs. Set in one of the city’s rare single-story bungalows, the space reflects her signature language of soft forms and crafted details. The villa serves as both a personal retreat and a living laboratory, where Nada experiments with her own furniture pieces in a warm, earthy palette inspired by nature. Nearly every element in the home carries a story, from the circular Zen sofa arrangement grounding the main living space to the Oculus carpet woven by Afghan craftswomen. Painted ceilings, stained tatami flooring, and custom pieces throughout create a sense of calm and continuity. Designed as a sanctuary within the intensity of Dubai, the villa expresses Nada’s layered identity and her ongoing exploration of craft as a form of cultural storytelling.
