These terms and conditions are between Nada Debs Furnitures Trading LLC (referred to herein as "Nada Debs," "our," and "we") and the website user (referred to as "user" and "you"). Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using any of this site's services. Each time you access or use this site, you are bound by these terms and conditions.

Nada Debs reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the nadadebs.com website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. The nadadebs.com website is for the sole use of individuals and entities wishing to review, consider, purchase and otherwise engage in retail transactions involving Nada Debs's goods and services and/or to otherwise transact business with or contact Nada Debs on their own behalf.

Purchases

When purchasing items from nadadebs.com, you will be asked to provide information - including your full name, location and billing addresses, phone number, and credit card information. You agree that any such information provided must be accurate, complete and current.

To create an account, simply click on Sign In and then Register to fill in your details. The account password you create should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You shall be responsible for all charges incurred through your transaction as well as for paying any applicable custom duties, taxes, and clearance fees. You agree that Nada Debs Furnitures Trading LLC is authorized to immediately invoice your account for all fees and charges due and payable to us because of your order. You agree that in the event we are unable to collect any fees you owe us, we may take any steps we deem necessary to collect such fees, and that you will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in connection with such activities, including collection fees, interest, court costs, and attorney fees.

Nada Debs will not deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.

Pricing Policy

Prices shown on the Site are exclusive of VAT. Where applicable, UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 5% will be applied in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.

You will be advised of any applicable shipping charges before you finalize your payment. You will be responsible for all applicable custom duties, clearance fees and taxes, which will be detailed in a separate invoice upon delivery.

Payment

All orders are paid via credit/debit card. The cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Nada Debs Furnitures Trading LLC, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.

Prices are displayed in USD; however, we accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard international credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed through N-Genius Online by Network, a secure and certified payment gateway.

We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions are processed using N-Genius Online by Network, which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If you are a registered Nada Debs user, we will securely store your credit/debit card details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, Nada Debs uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Please note that in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.

Returns

In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased online unless the item received is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Custom, made-to-order, and bespoke items are non-returnable once production has commenced, as these are manufactured specifically to your specifications.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on completed orders except in cases where an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. No cancellations are accepted once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. In the event a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, subject to your bank's processing times.

Damaged or Defective Items

Should you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may affect your right to a replacement or remedy under our policy; however, your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law remain unaffected.

To submit a claim, please follow the instructions below:

1.Take a photograph of the item clearly displaying the damage and send it by email to sales@nadadebs.com, stating your order number and phone number in the event we need to contact you for additional information.

2.Once your email is received and the claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the product and send you full details by email.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the website or your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

Terms of Use

Customers using the website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website, in compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 3 of 2016 on Child Rights.

Your Activity

You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this site and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant to this site. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or have otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this site on a temporary or permanent basis. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.
